Tutorial :Cursor changed on link hover

Assalamualaikum and Annyeonghaseyo , Fina nak kasi tutor .. >.<

okay maksud tutor ni ialahhhh ... kan mouse kite tuhh (cursor tuhh) .. bile dekat link apa apa pun macam url tuhh .. nanti dia akn bertukarr.. alahh .. kalau still tak faham .. nanti korang try lahh .. insya-Allah menjadi..

1.Template designer;paste the codes in HTML/GADGET

<style type="text/css"> a:hover {cursor: url(URL CURSOR), progress;} </style>

2.Blogskin; paste the codes under a:hover { , don't forget to remove any cursor codes there.

 cursor: url(URL CURSOR), progress;
